Just 1 week left to vote. We need 51 percent of votes for a valid election. We haven't reached it yet, so please vote.

If we don't reach the 51 percent needed then we will have to reschedule meetings until we reach the correct percentage.

Last year we needed 2 extra meetings to reach 51 percent costing us money by having to hold those meetings - money we could be using on our buildings.

So PLEASE cast your vote today.

Hurricane Irma

The HOA and Blue Coast will have people ready to respond to any emergencies (within reason) that might happen during the storm. We are also scheduling for any clean up needed after the storm.

Blue Coast will start packing up all pool furniture. With the possibility of high winds, it is important that you remove all plants, furniture, and anything that could be blown away from your patio, balcony and front entrance.

If you have a problem you can contact Blue Coast PM. Please do not call unless it's a real emergency. Each call will be handled by worse problem first.

Please stay safe and prepare for the worse case scenario.

Board Meeting Dates for 2017

Dear Little River Inn Resort Owners, 


JANUARY  (Due to 3 straight months of meetings to get the election settled we have fallen behind on projects. It's also slower during the Winter, so to save money and time the Board voted to postpone the January meeting. It will be combined with the April meeting.)
APRIL 8, 2017
JULY 15, 2017
SEPTEMBER 16, 2017 (Owner's/election meeting)

All meetings are at the Sleep Inn in Little River, SC at 10am. Directions are on the LRI website.
